CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Description:
The Customer Service Representative is stationed at the front reception desk within the modern and comfortable main terminal of West Houston Airport. Duties include (but are not limited to) greeting pilots and passengers upon arrival, answering phones, providing radio communications, scheduling aircraft and flight instruction, and completing computerized invoicing for all sales. Minimum age eligibility is 18.
Wages:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications with wage review upon completion of 90 day probationary period.
Shifts:
- Full time, 40-42 hours per week.
- Shifts are 6:30 am to 6:30 pm three and one-half days per week.
- Open 24/7/365.

Customer Service Pre-employment Assessment
Description:
The Line Technician refuels aircraft, tows aircraft, parks planes, handles customers' needs including luggage, courtesy cars, and servicing requirements. The Line Technician also helps with airport operations including (but not limited to) repairs, cleaning, radio operations, scheduling aircraft, and computer operations. Minimum age eligibility is 18.
Wages:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications with wage review and eligibility for incentive pay upon completion of 90 day probationary period.
Shifts:
- Full time, 40 hours per week.
- Shift #1 - 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Shift #2 - 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Shift #3 - 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
